About this opportunity
At Aristotle Technologies, we’re on a mission to transform the way people enhance their cognitive skills. We’re known for our personalized and data-driven cognitive training software, but we’re not stopping there. We understand that cognitive skills fluctuate daily, often influenced by mood. To bridge this gap and provide tailored support, we want to implement our first virtual coach. This coach will be designed to connect with our users, adapt to their unique needs, and ensure their cognitive training aligns with their ever-changing states and requirements.
How would this work?
Our vision at Aristotle Technologies is to introduce a virtual coach that engages users in a meaningful dialogue. This coach will inquire about their well-being, asking questions like, “How are you feeling today?” and “How was your day at work?” These responses will form the basis for a personalized training approach each day. We recognize that cognitive abilities can vary depending on one’s emotional state and daily experiences. If a user reports having had a challenging day at work, the virtual coach will adapt the training regimen accordingly. This means that on days when users may not be at their cognitive peak, the tasks will be adjusted to ensure a productive and fulfilling training session. Our aim is to offer a training experience that is not only effective but also considerate of the individual’s well-being.
Your role
Your responsibilities will be; developing the virtual coach’s conversational abilities, utilizing Natural Language Processing (NLP) to understand and interpret user responses effectively. You will establish the mechanisms for collecting and analyzing user data, allowing the virtual coach to adapt daily cognitive training sessions based on emotional states and daily experiences.
